4.4. We actively monitor shortened URLs through automated systems and user reports. Violations may result in immediate link deletion, account suspension, or termination without prior notice.

5.1. Free Services: Limited features with advertisement support, basic analytics, standard link retention, and community support access.

5.2. Premium Subscriptions: Enhanced features including custom branded domains, advanced analytics with export capabilities, bulk operations, QR code customization, password protection, link expiration controls, and priority customer support.

5.3. Billing Terms: Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (monthly/annual). Pricing and billing terms are provided at purchase and may be updated with advance notice.

5.4. Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Contact support for refund requests within 30 days of purchase.
