Bit-URL respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have implemented procedures to respond to copyright infringement claims.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written communication to our designated DMCA agent at: dmca@bit-url.link
Your notice must be in writing (email is acceptable) and must include all the information specified in the requirements section below.
Required Information
Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following information:
Your Contact Information
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of Copyrighted Work
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
Location of Infringing Material
The specific Bit-URL shortened link(s) or page location(s) where the infringing material is located.
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement
A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable for email).
Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may file a counter-notice under Section 512(g) of the DMCA.

Counter-Notice Requirements
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
• Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your judicial district
• Your physical or electronic signature
Our Response Process
Notice Receipt & Review
We review your DMCA notice within 24-48 hours to ensure it meets all requirements.
Content Removal
If valid, we expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
User Notification
We notify the user who posted the content and provide information about filing a counter-notice.
Counter-Notice Process
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the copyright holder files a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Bit-URL has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
